Refund policy
You have up to 30 days after delivery to submit a return request. Just a friendly reminder: we can’t offer refunds or take back opened devices that work perfectly fine with no problems.
All returned goods need to be in their original condition, complete with original boxes and accessories. Make sure you keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

We can’t accept returns sent without prior notice, so please always contact us first. For any return-related questions, our inbox is always open.
What To Do With Damaged Orders
Be sure to inspect your items as soon as they arrive. Reach out immediately if your product is broken, damaged or you got an incorrect item. Our team will work quickly to fix the issue.
Non-Returnable Products
Sale items, gift cards and customized goods cannot be returned. We also don’t accept returns on opened devices that have no performance issues. Feel free to ask us if you have any doubts about your order.
Product Exchanges
The easiest way to get a different product is to first return your current item. Once your return is finalized, you can place a new order for the item you want.
About Refunds
After we receive and check your returned package, we will let you know if your refund is granted. All approved refunds will go back to your original payment method in 3 business days. Keep in mind that financial institutions may take a bit longer to process the transaction.
If 7 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t gotten your funds, please email us.
